Mild Argentine Chorizo

Incredible! Absolutely Incredible !!! I have tried finding chorizos like those I use to eat in Buenos Aires with no success UNTIL I found these. I was prepared to be disappointed BUT I was not . I am not I chef, but I found a great way to prepare these chorizos so I’m passing it on . Fill a skillet with water to cover the chorizos . Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes , turning the chorizo every 2-3 minutes . Remove and wipe the chorizos clean . Clean the skillet . Then add a small amount of canola oil and return the chorizos . On medium heat , cook for 10 minutes , turning the chorizo every 2 minutes . I love mine in a hot dog bun or equivalent. Oh , my goodness ! I have died and gone to heaven .

Also the delivery was fast the packaging was everything I could wish for . I will be a loyal customer.

Now if I can only find some empanadas like those I ate in B.A. , not the miniature ones with no substance .

I recently returned from Buenos Aires, where I fell in love with their asada. One of the prominent features is grilled chorizo and your flavors brought me right back!

I remember Logan's sausage from all the years I lived in the DC metro area. I can't find the brand anywhere in SoCentral PA so I placed an order on their website and 2 days later my frig and freezer were stocked with their breakfast links, Fresh & pre cooked Argentine, Salvadorian and Mexican style chorizo sausages. My order arrived perfectly cold and well packed. I highly recommend this product for their authenticity to Central and South American flavors and wonderful customer service. We just served the Argentine sausages with homemade chimichurri to celebrate Messi and Inter Miami advancing to the League Cup finals!

These are the absolute best! They taste just like the chorizos in Argentina. Logan’s customer service was amazing and were able to get me the chorizos before the World Cup game.
